- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your purchase within 3 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for digital products.
- Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your digital product must be unused and in the same condition as when you downloaded it. Once you have accessed or downloaded the study guide or language learning materials, we are unable to provide a refund.

- Refund Process: Upon approval of your cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 10 days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
